House of the Terraces is a project of adaptation and extension to an existing house designed and projected by PCA.

 

When designing architectural spaces using BIM tools, we anticipate solving multiple needs and / or requirements of each project. In this case, the BIM implementation allowed us to analyze and understand the different phases of the project such as: Demolitions, Existing Construction and New Construction.
