La Garufa Insurgentes is an existing CAD project to which a BIM analysis was performed in order to identify and anticipate possible discrepancies between the items involved such as: Architecture, Structure, Civil Works and Finishes.

 

For this project, several discrepancies were detected between these items, so the contractor was able to anticipate this during the construction phase. Another utility that was given to the analysis was the extraction of precise quantities of material and labor through the BIM database.
