Langone Lobby Stair is an existing CAD project to which a BIM analysis was carried out for the items involved such as: Metallic structure, Civil works, Cancellation and Carpentry.

 

Due to the intervention of 4 different contractors for the same architectural element, the client decided to hire PCA for a BIM analysis, which provided extraordinary results when identifying and solving discrepancies and / or errors in the tempered glass panels, therefore the cost of the BIM analysis had a profitability above 500%.
