Plaza Dominio Cumbres is a preliminary project designed and projected by PCA using BIM methodology for the items involved such as: Topography, Architecture and Renders.

 

The benefit obtained thanks to the BIM implementation was to be able to analyze several options regarding what could be achieved in a 2,400m2 property, resulting in the most convenient in terms of investment-profitability, these options were presented to the client in a very short period of time being able make decision-making to move to the next step in negotiations with investor partners.
